Rural approaches out toward Hartford Avenue can run several times the square footage of a village lot, so the per-foot number matters more than the headline. We measure first, then quote in writing.
Repaving inside your own property line usually needs no permit. Touching the town road or the curb line often does, and who approves it depends on which road you’re on.
